Shipping & Returns
Shipping: All orders will be shipped via UPS Mail. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. Express Mail or Next-Day delivery is available for an additional fee. Manchester Rental/Warsaw Party and Rental will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages that occur during shipping. If you would like a signature confirmation or insurance, please request these services at the time of order placement. There will be an additional fee for these services.
Returns: In the event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise when you receive it, please return it within 10 days in its original condition for a prompt refund or exchange. You should insure your package and send it pre-paid through UPS or Parcel Post. Please allow 1-2 days after our receipt of merchandise for your refund or exchange to be processed. Merchandise that has been damaged cannot be exchanged or given a refund.
